ICISTA 2027 - International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Technologies and Applications

Submission Guidelines

ICISTA 2027 invites original, high-quality research contributions in intelligent systems, artificial intelligence, signal processing, electronics, embedded systems, robotics, communication networks, cybersecurity, and smart and sustainable technologies. All submissions will be peer-reviewed according to IEEE standards. Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that present original research, significant technical contributions, and relevant applications.

Full Papers

Length: 4–6 pages, including references, figures, and tables.

Format: IEEE two-column conference paper format.

Language: English.

File format: PDF.

Originality: Submissions must describe original, unpublished work and must not be under review or consideration for publication elsewhere.

Evaluation: Papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference topics, and clarity of presentation.

All accepted and presented full papers will be submitted for consideration for inclusion in into the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

Abstracts

Authors wishing to present their work without submitting a full paper for publication may submit an abstract for evaluation, subject to the conference's abstract-submission policy.

Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference program and scheduled for presentation. Abstract-only submissions will not be treated as full papers for publication in the proceedings.

Submission Procedure

All submissions must be written in English.
Full papers must comply with the IEEE conference paper format and the specified page limit.
All figures, tables, and references must be included within the page limit.
Submissions must be provided in PDF format.
Authors must submit their manuscripts through the Microsoft CMT submission system

Registration & Presentation Policy

Registration: For every accepted paper, at least one author must register at the full/regular author rate and pay the registration fee before the final registration deadline. Authors can register through the ICISTA 2027 Registration Page.

Presentation: Accepted papers must be presented orally at the conference by one of their authors.

IEEE No-Show Policy: Papers that are accepted but not presented by an author at the conference will not be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
